HOW TO INITIATE RETURN/REFUND/EXCHANGE

Return Period - Customer can easily book the return within 5 days after delivery. 


We want you to have a satisfactory experience at JOOTIYAPA&CLOTHIYAPA hence we have a hassle free Exchange and Refund Policy.

We offers FREE EXCHANGE, ONLY IF the customer has received Wrong size, Wrong Colour , Different or Defected product than ordered. Here the customer is eligible for both EXCHANGE and REFUND.

If customers want to Exchange the product apart from the reasons mentioned above then Customers have to pay Shipping Cost of one side, Where they will get an Invoice of Shipping amount (Approximately Between Rs 150 to Rs 250 Depending on the Location) Which they are liable to Pay in order to get their Exchanged Product. Here the customer is only eligible for EXCHANGE not REFUND.

Please Note : When JOOTIYAPA&CLOTHIYAPA initiates an Exchange where the customer have received Wrong size, Wrong Colour , Different or Defected product than ordered , The command of PICKUP(Delivered product from Customer’s address) and DELIVERY( of exchanged Products from JOOTIYAPA&CLOTHIYAPA) are given Simultaneously, Where sometimes the delivered product gets picked up First from customers, then they receive the Exchanged pair or vice Versa.

In the cases where Customers opt for Exchange apart from the reasons mentioned above. The products gets Picked up first from the customers and only after it has been delivered back to JOOTIYAPA WAREHOUSE and examined of Reusability the New pair is Processed for Exchange.

The Whole process of Exchange can take upto 7-14 working days. (These Delivery days are subjected to differ if there is a weekend in between, Festivals, Courier Company Strikes, National holidays etc.)

REFUND POLICY

Refund will only be initiated after JOOTIYAPA has received the product back, which will be then examined for the genuinity of issue claimed by the customer, and only after it clears all the checking measures the refund will be generated.

We offers FREE EXCHANGE ONLY IF the customer has received Wrong size, Wrong Colour , Different or Defected product than ordered. 

If customers want to Return the product apart from the reasons mentioned above then Customers have to pay Shipping Cost of one side, Where they will get an Invoice of Shipping amount (FLAT  Rs 150  ) Which they are liable to Pay in order to get their RETURN/REFUND/Exchanged Product.

The Whole process of Refund can take upto 24-48 hrs , after receiving the product back.(This time is subjected to differ if there is a weekend in between, Festivals, National holidays etc.)

We reserves the right to refuse a repayment or replacement of the returned product purchased from our website, if the product does not clears the Genuinely of issues claimed by the customer.  

 

It is Mandatory to provide 4-5 photos showing the Size Label and the defect (if any) on the sneakers.

Once your query is successfully submitted. Our agents will contact you within 24-48 hrs on the contact number provided by you.

WE aims to revert and resolve every query within 48 hrs of the query being lodged. (Hours are subjected to increase in case of weekend, national of festive holidays) etc.

WE will not entertain any queries after 5 days of the product’s Delivery and WE will wait for only 5 days, if the Customer is not reverting on our Whatsapp Assistance Chat, the query will be marked as Resolved.

PLEASE NOTE : 1 JOOTIYAPA considers the above Customer Care Assistance Form as the only valid method of communication between JOOTIYAPA and the customer. Any queries, cancellations etc. Informed through Instagram DM’s, mails, comments sections, etc. will not be entertained.
